RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
The model you return must be in the same as you condition you received it and in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please keep your receipt. All credits will be made on the card originally used on the order.
To return your product, please contact email@example.com for a return materials authorization (RMA) number. Include the RMA number on your return package and mail your model to:

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse return shipping charges, accept C.O.D. shipping charges, or refund original shipping and handling fees unless the return is a result of our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item). Once an order is placed, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed, and shipping charges will not be reimbursed on such orders.
If an item is defective or damaged in shipment, we may issue a paid mailing label to retrieve the merchandise.
We strongly recommend using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For international orders, The Model Shop is not responsible for any duties and taxes if they apply to your country. If duties and taxes are not paid and the order is refused, you may be responsible for any return shipment costs.
