What is covered:
Pacmin, Inc. warrants each model against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date you receive it.
If a covered defect appears, we will repair or replace the affected part or the model at no charge to you, including shipping both ways. If a verified defect cannot reasonably be repaired and a replacement cannot be fabricated, we will refund the purchase price in full.
What is not covered:
- Damage from dropping, impact, mishandling, or improper display
- Damage from cleaning agents, solvents, abrasives, or improper cleaning
- Damage from prolonged direct sunlight, high humidity, or extreme temperature
- Normal wear, including minor finish changes over time
- Damage from unauthorised repair, modification, or disassembly beyond normal wing and stabiliser attachment
- Damage occurring in transit, which is handled under our Return Policy rather than this warranty please report transit damage within 7 days of delivery
Who is covered:
This warranty extends to the original purchaser and is not transferable. If a model is resold or transferred within the warranty period, coverage ends on transfer.
How to make a claim:
Email themodelshop@pacmin.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the defect. We will respond within two business days with next steps.
Do not ship a model back to us before receiving a return authorization.
Your legal rights:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Any implied warranties are limited in duration to the one-year term of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
If you are a consumer resident outside the United States, nothing in this warranty removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
