About This Limited Edition
Built with precise engineering and carefully color-matched design elements, the Reno Air MD-82 comes back to life with Pacmin Studios’ signature balance of realism and elegance.
The design is officially licensed and produced using the same materials, processes, and quality standards as Pacmin Studios models supplied for professional and internal use.
We are offering this model on a made-to-order basis, available exclusively for those who secure one during the order window. See below for further details.

How It Works
Preorders are open for 15 consecutive days, closing at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, July 28 Pacific Time (US/Canada). A minimum of 20 orders is required to begin production. Once the minimum is met, we can guarantee production and delivery of the model. We will accept as many orders as we receive during the 15-day window.
Production will take approximately 15 weeks, after which your model will ship directly to you. Each model comes with a signature Pacmin Studios Airfoil™ base featuring a text imprint on the bottom describing the model, final release date, and total number of models produced in this run.
Once the preorder window closes, no further orders will be accepted, and this edition will not be re-released for regular sale on The Model Shop.

Custom Base Imprinting
This model's Airfoil™ display base can be personalized with the Reno Air logo and custom text message imprints. Please select your preferred add-on options above. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a properly formatted preview of the imprint for your approval.
Warranty, Returns & Cancellations
Every Pacmin Studios Limited Edition includes a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, running one year from the date your model arrives.
Under warranty we'll repair or replace the defective part or model at no charge. If a verified defect can't reasonably be repaired and a replacement can't be fabricated, we'll refund the purchase price in full.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel any time before the order window closes. After the window closes and production is allocated, orders can't be cancelled as every unit is committed to production at that point.
RETURNS
This model is produced to order and is not eligible for our standard 30-day return policy.
Refunds will be issued if the specified order minimum isn't met, and the edition doesn't go into production. Damaged, defective, or incorrect models are also eligible for refunds.
If specifications change -
Our models are engineered ahead of production, and we occasionally refine details for accuracy. Minor refinements to markings, finish, or detailing don't affect your order. If a change materially affects the finished dimensions, the price, or the edition size, we'll email you before production begins and you'll have 7 days to cancel for a full refund.
If production runs long -
If we can't ship within our estimated window, we'll email you with a revised date. You're welcome to wait (most customers do) or cancel for a full refund.
Custom Base Imprints
This model's Airfoil™ display base can be personalized with the offered logo and a custom text imprint. Select your preferred add-on options above before checkout, and enter your message in the supplied text box.
If you don't see the imprint options or need help, please contact us with your order number.
APPROVAL PROCESS
After your order is confirmed, we'll email you a properly formatted preview of your imprint. Please reply with your approval or any changes within 5 days. If we don't hear back, we'll produce the imprint exactly as shown in the preview.
Once you approve a preview, the imprint is final. Personalized models can't be returned or exchanged on the basis of the imprint text.
We may decline imprint text that is offensive, or that uses trademarks or copyrighted material we aren't licensed to reproduce. If we decline, you're welcome to submit alternative text or cancel the imprint add-on for a refund of that fee.
Please note we don't offer base substitutions for this model.

Each model includes permanent production details recorded on the bottom of the Airfoil™ display base:
- Model description
- Month and year of production
- Production run quantity
The production run quantity is the final edition size - the total number of models produced during the run.
Shipping & Arrival
Any items ordered alongside this model will ship together once the model is ready.
Our models ship with the wings and horizontal stabilizers detached for added protection. Assembly is straightforward and requires no tools.
International orders: duties, import taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
ON ARRIVAL
Please inspect your model within 7 days of delivery. If anything arrived damaged, email us at themodelshop@pacmin.com with photographs of both the model and the outer packaging, and keep all packing materials until the claim is resolved — carriers require them for a claim.
Care & Handling
To maintain the finish, gently dust using the included care cloth or a clean, soft microfiber cloth.
Avoid abrasive cleaners or chemicals. Wood bases may be lightly polished with standard furniture polish if applicable.
Keep the model out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from high humidity — both can affect the finish over time, and neither is covered under warranty.
